Job description:


The Account Manager will be responsible for developing, nurturing, and growing Secon’s clients to deliver year on year revenue growth. This role requires working closely with the marketing, technology, and partner teams to increase revenues and margins by delivering value to our clients through the strength of our relationship.

The role also requires the account manager to own the opportunities through the sales cycle and drive it to a successful outcome.


Key responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain relationship with clients.
  • Grow revenues and margins by delivering value to clients.
  • Operate at the highest ethical standards and live Secon brand values.
  • Build and maintain an account management plan to deliver on target.
  • Represent and act as Secon ambassador at events/engagements.
  • Take accountability for client escalations through to conclusion.
  • Own client bids and proposals working closely with internal team and partners.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to help grow the pipeline of opportunities.
  • Work closely with the vendor partner team to maximise partner margins.
  • Be creative, collaborative and customer focused.

Required skills and experience:


  • 1 to 2 years of work experience in Account Management or Sales Support preferably in cyber security or any IT industry such as Customer Success Manager, Internal Account Manager, or Business Development Manager.
  • Experience working and building relationships with vendors.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
