Secon Cyber have a position in our sales team for a customer success professional. You will follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and work with the account managers to build strong and meaningful relationships with clients, IT and/or security teams to regularly educate them on how they can address their cyber security concerns.
You should be an exceptional communicator, persistent, extremely well organised and goal-driven with a strong technical aptitude.
Top performers will be rewarded on quality and conversion of leads.
Knowledge of working in a cloud or cybersecurity technology business would be an added advantage.
