Customer Success Professional

Secon Cyber have a position in our sales team for a customer success professional. You will follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and work with the account managers to build strong and meaningful relationships with clients, IT and/or security teams to regularly educate them on how they can address their cyber security concerns.

You should be an exceptional communicator, persistent, extremely well organised and goal-driven with a strong technical aptitude.

Top performers will be rewarded on quality and conversion of leads.

Outcomes:

  • Complete at least 120 outbound prequalification and lead nurture calls per week
  • Use creativity and initiative to establish rapport over the phone
  • Present and articulate solution features and benefits
  • Prepare and distribute information packages
  • Schedule demonstrations and meetings for new opportunities
  • Update the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Very good written, speaking and listening skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Tenacious and goal-oriented
  • Highly motivated with strong work ethic
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • 2:1 Degree in any discipline
