On September 5th 2017, CLOUDSEC is back at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel.
Cloudsec gathers some of the finest security and IT experts from around the world to discuss relevant cyberattack cases, ransomware, the latest cybercrime tactics and trends, corporate IT structure and strategies and best practices for overcoming hurdles in cybersecurity.
As the cloud and the Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem become more interconnected, it is essential for organisations to re-evaluate and redefine their understanding of threats, risks and solutions in an ever-changing landscape. With that, organisations and enterprises must ask “What threats should we prepare for? What risks are involved?” and “What processes and procedures should be implemented?” Thus the reason for this year’s CLOUDSEC mantra; businesses must step up their game and LEVEL UP.
CLOUDSEC, an ongoing yearly event, is hosted by Trend Micro of whom Secon Cyber Security are the number one UK Gold partner. Secon Cyber Security have worked closely with Trend Micro on many events and projects and have obtained various Trend Micro reseller accreditations that exemplify the level of partnership the two companies share. Yet again this year Secon will have a presence at CLOUDSEC and will be available to discuss all your queries and concerns and services we can provide to help your cybersecurity up to date.
Secon Cyber Security’s very own Technical Director, David King, will be a panel participant along with Simon Kellow, CISO at Ofgem; Simon Collins, Director at EY; and Peter Erceg, SVP at Lockton, on the subject of Getting Incident Response in the Cloud Right, which everyone is welcome to attend. The 30 minute panel discussion is scheduled to begin at 11:30 in Track 2.
Registration for CLOUDSEC 2017: Level Up – IT Security Technologies, Policies and Compliance is now open and is free to attend.
