As part of our Product Support, we provide technical support for your Forcepoint tools via the phone or email 09:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday.
Our team will provide proactive maintenance of your Forcepoint technologies, such as patching and housekeeping, including an annual health check during the hours of 09:00 – 17:00, Monday- Friday.
We monitor your technology security logs on a 24×7 basis using our in-house, cloud-based platform ConnectProtect®. If any genuine security issues are identified, we generate alerts and notify your organisation.
Security Monitoring and Response
With our Security Monitoring and Response, we monitor your Forcepoint security logs on a 24×7 basis as well as respond to genuine security incidents from our security operations centre (SOC).
