After more than 26 years as CEO, Rob Gupta is moving into the role of Executive Chairman. As part of this transition, Linton Geach has been appointed as Secon Cyber’s Chief Executive Officer.
This evolution reflects a natural next step for Secon Cyber as we continue to grow with intent and scale our capabilities, while remaining firmly focused on delivering the high standards our clients expect.

Linton Geach steps into the CEO role after supporting Secon Cyber as Technical Director over the past year. During this time, he has demonstrated a strong commercial mindset, deep technical expertise, and a clear vision for Secon’s future.
Linton will focus on implementing Secon’s strategic vision, ensuring the business continues to scale in a measured and confident way, while delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Rob Gupta: from CEO to Executive Chairman
As Executive Chairman, Rob will continue to work closely with Linton on Secon Cyber’s long-term strategy and remain closely connected with clients.
Rob’s leadership has shaped Secon Cyber into the values-led business it is today, built on trusted relationships, deep expertise, and a commitment to doing things properly. That commitment remains unchanged.
In addition, Rob will now focus on leading ConnectProtect, which has grown into its own independent entity. Born out of Secon Cyber, ConnectProtect is a Managed XDR platform designed to help organisations strengthen their security posture with clarity, confidence, and round-the-clock protection.
